This Thanksgiving, Jamie’s Italian will celebrate America’s most beloved annual holiday with the launch of two festive menus by Chef, Atisha Kumar. Make your way to either Jamie’s Italian Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui between 12-25 November and experience an American Thanksgiving feast.

All new Thanksgiving menus feature a 100% American-blooded turkey, a finest organic bird raised gluten-free and sans-hormones on American farms.

3-course Thanksgiving set menus by Chef Atish

This year, this set menus by Chef Atisha are priced at HK$198+10% per person for lunch and HK$228+10% per person for dinner. This fall creations include a starter of Tomato Bruschetta with sweet, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, ricotta, basil and ciabatta, and a Roasted Pumpkin Panzerotti stuffed with herby ricotta and pumpkin with a buttery sage sauce.

The Turkey Plate is best suited for intimate Thanksgiving dinners, featuring a comfortable portion of sliced roast turkey with glazed carrots, potato gratin, stuffing and gravy.

The chef’s recommendation for dessert is the Pumpkin & Pecan Crumble, the ultimate fall sweet, made with pumpkin & cardamom pie, a crunchy topping of pecans and oats served with hokey-pokey ice cream.

A true American Thanksgiving with a whole, hearty 6kg turkey

For a group 6-8 people and served in the traditional sharing style, all eight dishes on the menu can be enjoyed together as a set (HK$1,950+10%). The set include

Starter

Their famous antipasti plank with fennel salami, pistachio mortadella, prosciutto and schiacciata piccante, with mini buffalo mozzarella, pecorino and chilli jam, pickles, olives and purple slaw and Tomato bruschetta Slow roasted sweet cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, ricotta, basil & ciabatta

 

Mains

Whole turkey marinated overnight with herbs & spices, roasted to perfection. Served with cranberry sauce & gravy

As the side it s come with Broccoli, brussels sprout baked with oozy bechamel sauce and Sage & honey glazed carrots with a kick of chilli

Dessert

Pumpkin & cardamom pie with a crunchy pecan & oats topping. Served with hokey pokey ice cream and a TIRAMISU, The classic Italian dessert with orange mascarpone & chocolate
