Sushiyoshi has two michelin stars in Ossaka and open its first international branch in Hong Kong
The original Sushiyoshi was opened in Osaka 28 years ago by chef-patron Hiroki Nakanoue.
Under the supervision of Chef-owner Hiroki Nakanoue, Sushiyoshi Hong Kong is helmed by Chef Sugawara and uses the exact same ingredients as the Osaka shop wherever possible
Chef-owner Hiroki Nakanoue inherited his father’s sushi restaurant at the age of 20 to continue the family tradition. Twenty-six years later, the familiy restaurant is turn into one of the city’s most exclusive sushi restaurants. Hiroki Nakanoue offer a new kind of Japanese fine dining experience through his creative and innovative sushi.
The sushi omakase menu, comprising of 17 to 21 courses, featuring signature dishes such as waffle with scallop tartare, botan shrimp carpaccio and syphon dashi, and caviar d’Aquitaine uni rice.
