Founded in Paris in 2013, and now with coveted outlets in Hamburg, Tokyo, acclaimed truffle restaurant brand, Artisan de la Truffe has arrived at Hong Kong’s Harbour City Ocean Terminal extension.

The restaurant is led by local celebrity television Chef Ricky Cheung and Head Chef Manful Lee, both of whom are fresh from a stint training with Artisan de la Truffe’s culinary teams in Paris.

Traditional yet exquisite, Artisan de la Truffe’s menu has been created to showcase the finest truffles, with all dishes infused with truffle to unlocking the ingredient’s truly unique aroma. In this photo: lobster salad with asparagus and truffle shavings.
