We recommend the tasting menu with seasonal creation of the Chef.  Rumour said that they open that place to be “friends-only restaurant”, their booking number was kept confidential at the opening but the restaurant is were rapidly fully booked.

Umberto Bombana is an Italian chef and co-owner of three Michelin star restaurant 81/2/ Otto e Mezzo Bombana. A native of Clusone, Bergamo in Northern Italy, Chef Bombana was inspired by his grandmother who used to cook for an aristocratic family. He was a prime mover in introducing the white truffle to Hong Kong’s restaurant scene and was appointed a “Worldwide Ambassador of the White Truffle” by the Piedmontese Regional Enoteca Cavour
