Downstairs, The Chase is a more casual, eclectic space that incorporates menus packed with the flavours of American bistro classic with a mesmerising cocktail bar, a dedicated cheese counter and one of the city’s most coveted outdoor terraces.

The bar’s dedicated cheese counter – Ralphie’s Cheese Bar – is a Hong Kong first. Dedicated to the finest artisanal American cheeses, crafted by a small curated selection of cheesemakers and dairies, handpicked from across America by Chef Lopez. Ralphie’s is home to over 18 sublime Artisanal cheeses, all of which are available for the first time in Hong Kong.
