Free flow option is priced at HK$280, and include Moet Chandon champagne, Asahi beer, white and red wine, sake, alcoholic “spiked” iced tea, bespoke Bloody Marys, Bellinis, Margaritas and Mojitos

The Asian Foodie journey start with sharing dishes, including house-made steamed shrimp “har gau” and truffle mushroom dumplings; crispy salt and pepper tofu with smoky chilli sauce, ginger and garlic miso-grilled eggplant and  Hamachi ceviche served with yuzu, lime, radish.
