A fine, luxurious celebration awaits guests this Christmas at one Michelin-starred Takumi by Daisuke Mori. The delicate and delicious marriage of Japanese and French flavors will be showcased in nine elegant dishes in the Christmas Menu by acclaimed Executive Chef Daisuke Mori.
Priced at HKD$2,480+10% per person, the Christmas nine-course tasting menu is available from December 22nd to 25th. Complete the merry experience with five authentic wine pairings by adding HKD980.
Guests will first be welcomed with a glass of Champagne Laurent Perrier, followed by an array of Chef Mori’s special amuse-bouche. Savour the Botan Shrimp Carpaccio, where the incredibly sweet shrimp – a seasonal speciality – is showered with lobster roe and hazelnut powder.
Chef Mori’s finesse continues to surprise palates in other selections, including one of his favorite Polish dishes, the Borscht, through which guests will be able to experience the Chef’s unique rendition of the traditional beetroot soup served during Christmas time in Poland.
For just an extra HK$200, guests can expand their feast and indulge in a Fig, Guanciale and Spinach Salad with ricotta, walnut praline and pomegranate, a Rich Pork Sausage with lentils and soft polenta, and an extra dessert offering of Eccles Cake with Stilton.
