The rich sauce pairing is only available this winter.Top Blade has crossed over with artisanal French chocolatier,  Chocolat, incorporating their award-winning handmade chocolate with savoury steak jus to form a unique, warming sauce, amplified with red wine.

The chocolates are made with all-natural high-quality ingredients, promising exceptional flavour.For the purchase of any flat iron steak over HK$200 on Top Blade’s menus at both the Causeway Bay and Ho Man Tin branches, guests can enjoy a complimentary side of the distinctive sophisticated chocolate sauce that pushes the boundaries of red meat accompaniments.The decadent festive steak sauce will be available from 1 December to 28 February during dinner service only.
