The daring restaurant boasts lofty interiors defined by luxe finishes including brushed metal and gleaming marble, while the kitchen shrugs off convention by using ingredients rarely seen in Indian cooking. Guests will delight at pairings like chili honey glazed French langoustines with South Indian beans as well as other culinary innovations.

Daarukhana – The Restaurant Concept

Intended for sharing, Daarukhana’s bold menu features an abundant selection of Not Very Small Plates from pan-seared minced American Duck Shami (HK$178) with fig chutney and smoked papadum, to Baked Sweet Corn (HK$118) with popcorn foam, spicy mint, and coriander butter, to even Modern Dosai with curry leaf, mustard, tempered potato foam and “Podi” masala.

Burra Short Rib

Langoustine Moilee (HK$398) – chili honey glazed French langoustines with South Indian beans and coconut curry.

Mutton Boti (HK$198) – “Ghee” roasted mutton chunks, mini ‘parathas’, homemade chutneys

Main Course –  Favourites

Main Courses are a heartier affair with impressive dishes like Dum Ke Chaap (HK$238), lamb chops prepared in the traditional North Indian way — slow- cooked in a rich and clingy gravy seasoned with spicy saffron flavoured sauce — stealing the show.

A neat Tandoor menu, prepared in a traditional oven showcases premium seafood and luxurious cuts of meat, such as the slow cooked Prime Short Ribs (HK$298) and roasted to perfection Norwegian Gongura Salmon Tikka (HK$168), are served with flavourful homemade condiments that guests will want to jar up and take home.
