Probably due to cantonese imigration in south america, Chifa is culinary tradition based on Chinese cusine fused with traditional Peruvian ingredients and traditions. Pirata group bring back this culinary experience back to Hong Kong.
We start our degustation with a delicious Ceviche, fresh fish marinated in citrus juices. Following with a selection for colorfull dumpling with a touch of spice, fresh herbs and curry, really worst to try.

According to the restaurant, “we serve up an intriguingly unique combination of Peruvian and Chinese cuisine. Beautifully wrapped dumplings and soft, fluffy bao form the heart of the menu alongside traditional chifa noodles, rice, meat and seafood dishes.”
The experience was totally in line with our expectation. The dumpling house is a lovely place, well designed with good vibs. We took the degustation menu with a selection signature dishes with a really reasonnable price.
The promise was fully delivered, the color full dumpling bring great flavor to the traditional hong kong dumpling.
